Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 2 - 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1 - 2 days to let you know your order is on the way!

 

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

  • Domestic Delivery is only applicable to Singapore only.
  • All standard-sized packages will be delivered using Smartpac. The tracking number will be emailed to you. 
  • Smartpacs can be tracked here: [Track Item]
  • The package will be delivered to the recipient's letterbox within 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays).
  • For non-standard-sized packages, other couriers with tracking will be arranged.
  • All your personal details will be kept strictly confidential. I duly respect your privacy and vice versa. 
  • Give yourself an estimated 5 - 7 working days to receive your purchases!

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • Orders are generally shipped within 3 - 5 working days using your shipping provider. (i.e. Canada Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 working days). 
  • A flat-rate shipping fee of US$39.99 will be charged to all purchases under US $75.00.
  • Free International Delivery will be offered at a minimum purchase of US $75.00 upon check-out.
  • All your personal details will be kept strictly confidential. I duly respect your privacy and vice versa. 
  • Give yourself an estimated 7 - 15 working days to receive your purchases!

 

EXCHANGE & RETURN

  • Returns and Exchanges are only valid for 14 days (Singapore customers) or 25 days (overseas customers) after the date of delivery
  • We only offer a one-time exchange on any given order
  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. 
  • We will address these on a case-by-case basis and try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 
  • Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was received 
  • No exchanges or refunds are permitted for promotional  / sale items
  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility
  • Refunds will be made only for the price of the item and excluding all shipping fees
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange or refund request if it does not comply with our policies.
